This procedure applies to all those involved in the provision of the quality wall service.

FAQ

  • Quality Wall. Set of activities that are performed in order to stop and contain any material failure before it is released to the next step of the process.
  • Training: Acquisition, updating, strengthening and application of knowledge for better job development.
  • Temporary Labor: Personnel assigned for a certain period of time to perform required activities of the quality wall.
  • Traceability: Ability to follow the history, application or location of a record, product or service, or any of its components.
  • PPE: Personal Protective Equipment
  • Consumables: non-renewable items necessary or required for the performance of an activity.

The General Coordinator receives an approval email or purchase order from the customer to assign personnel to meet the wall requirement.

The General Coordinator controls the temporary personnel for the customer’s quality departments by means of the Shift Roles register.

The Unit Supervisor locates the personnel in the indicated area, according to the reaction time (service start date) established with the client, to start the eventual quality wall service, providing the PPE and consumables required by the client…

The General Coordinator provides the unit supervisor with the following control records: time records, failure records, attendance list, voucher/work order or client document control, personnel performance evaluation form, incident records, leave records.

The Unit Supervisor provides the quality inspector with the hour log and the failure log in order to control the information generated during the shift of the eventual quality wall.

The General Coordinator collects the next day the information generated during the previous day to record data in the failure report and sends it to the client.

The General Coordinator is responsible for generating the week-end closing that is delivered on Monday to the Comptroller’s Office and Accounts Receivable.
